Itellectual property (IP) is an umbrella term for various legal entitlements which attach to certain names, written and recorded media, and inventions. (Wikipedia)

Social justice mostly refers to an ideal of society, where "justice" refers to economic status rather than to the administration of laws. It is based on the idea of a society which gives individuals and groups fair treatment and a just share of the benefits of society, although what is "fair treatment" and a "just share" must remain unclear or subject to interpretation. Informed consent is a legal condition whereby a person can be said to have given consent based upon an appreciation and understanding of the facts and implications of an action (Wikipedia)

An understanding of itc and the ethical issuses surrounding it is improtant in practice as we can use it as a learning and teaching tool and for communication however I think it is more useful in personal development and daily living and is morelikly to be used for this.

Information technology (IT), as defined by the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA)is: "the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware." In short, IT deals with the use of electronic computers and computer software to convert, store, protect, process, transmit and retrieve information. IT is incredibly common place in most places world wide, we use it most commonly for comunication, ie blog, txt, email, fax and phones Examples include; Cameras, Vidio cameras, cell phone, Myspace, TV, DVD etc On placement IT was used in the form of; CD player, (relaxation/games) Video cameras, (teaching methods) laminator (laminating).
